In general

These terms and conditions relate to the sale of Dolium disposable kegs.

Order

Contact takes place either by email info@midtfyns-bryghus.dk or phone +45 63 90 88 80. When we have received your order, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail.

Payment

All sales of Dolium disposable kegs are made by prepayment. Midtfyns Bryghus A / S receives payment by bank transfer, cf. invoice sent in accordance with applicable rules.

All amounts are in DKK. Danish kroner and is excl. VAT, and prices are Ab Fabrik.

Delivery & shipping

The buyer can choose to be responsible for shipping. Alternatively, we offer to send orders with Danske Fragtmænd at their current prices. Delivery prices are based on the delivery location. You pay for delivery yourself and will receive an email when the order is sent from the brewery.

Should there be no Dolium disposable kegs in stock, it will be stated when they are expected to be in stock again.

Return policy

If the goods you receive do not correspond to your wishes, then you have the opportunity to get your money back. However, this presupposes that you can return the item in substantially the same condition and quantity. This must be done within 14 days of receipt.

Upon return, please enclose the reasons for the return, invoice, bank registration number and account number to which the money must be deposited.

The customer pays for the costs of shipping. The returned goods must be sent to our company address:

We will send an email in case of return as soon as we have received the item. In this email, further information regarding processing the return will be informed.

 

Warranty

When you make a purchase on midtfyns-bryghus.dk, there is of course a 24 month right to make a complaint. By 24-month right of complaint is meant that you can have the item exchanged, the money returned or get a reduction in the price. This all depends on the specific situation. It is, of course, a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product or other damaging behavior.

Shipping costs for returning the product will be refunded to you in the event that the complaint is justified. Therefore, always remember to get a receipt for the shipment.
