Why are we selling the last shares
We grow, expand, and develop constantly. We are at a point where we need more capacity, big time! We need tank capacity, storage capacity and capacity to give you even better experiences.
How do i buy a share?
A Class B share costs DKK 2,100, at exchange 105, corresponding to a purchase value of DKK 2,000.
To acquire a Class B share, you must fill in the form and send it to info@midtfyns-bryghus.dk
Once the form has been sent, you must transfer DKK 2,100 to the account registered on the form. Certificate of ownership is then sent to you within 30 days after payment.
Why are we selling the remaining shares?
We keep growing and we are in need of capacity. Therefore, we wish to expand our brewery’s capacity.
The first step is to increase the brewery’s tank capacity. This will help ensure that we avoid being out of stock with our different variants.
The second step is to expand the brewery to increase storage capacity. More beer requires more space.
Last but not least, the third step is to expand the experience capacity. If we expand this part, it will increase the number and size of events at the brewery per year.
What does a Class B share mean to you?
When you buy a Class B share from us, you not only support the brewery, you also get something in return:
- Each Class B share entitles the holder to appear in person or as his/her proxy in accordance to the appropriate written proxy at the company’s annual board meeting for shareholders.
- Each Class B share with a nominal value of DKK 2,000 gives the holder one vote at the company’s annual board meeting for shareholders.
- The Class B shares do not entitle dividends.
- Class B shareholders receive a minimum of 15% discount on any beer purchase, compared to the brewery’s normal sales prices.
- Class B shareholders receive a 10% discount on tours and beer tastings.

- Class B shares must be registered by name and are not negotiable instruments.
- No shareholder is obligated to let the company or others redeem its shares in whole or in part.
- Shares can be invalidated without ruling in accordance with the current legislation at any time.
- Any transfer of Class B shares must be notified to Midtfyns Bryghus A/S’ Board of Directors.
- The Class B shares do not entitle to dividends.
