In generel

According to the Danish legislation on the sale of alcoholic beverages, persons under 18 can not buy our Distilled beer at Alc. 42% vol. The rest of our goods are all under 16.5 percent and can therefore be purchased by people from 16 years and up.

Order

Ordering at www.midtfyns-bryghus.dk presupposes that you are a shareholder in Midtfyns Bryghus and have a valid shareholder certificate of a share.

All prices on the page are shown in Danish kroner. The prices shown on the webshop are the daily prices plus 25% VAT and deposit.

When you order, the number of beers must always be divisible by 12, so that you buy a whole box of beer. Offer boxes can, however, be purchased one at a time since they contain 12 beers per box.

When you shop at Midtfyns Bryghus webshop, agreements are made in Danish.

Once we have received your order, you will receive per. email an order confirmation. It is possible to see previous orders by logging on to the website.

Payment

Midtfyns Bryghus A / S receives payment with VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, Maestro. Payment will only be deducted from your account when the item is shipped.

All amounts are in DKK. Danish kroner and is incl. VAT.

Midtfyns Bryghus A / S uses an approved payment server that encrypts all your card information with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol.

Delivery and shipping

It is possible to have beer delivered to both private and business address. We deliver within a maximum of 30 days. We will most likely come with the order long before. We do this in order to make efficient delivery routes. Thank you for your understanding.

Items that are not in stock will be indicated with “out of stock” and it will be stated when they are expected to be brewed and come in stock again.

We only deliver to the mainland and bridged islands in Denmark.

Return policy

If the items you receive do not match your wishes, then you have the opportunity to get your money back. However, this presupposes that you can return the item in substantially the same condition and quantity. This must be done within 14 days of receipt.

Upon return, please enclose the reasons for the return, invoice, bank registration number and account number to which the money must be deposited.

The customer pays for the costs of shipping. The returned goods must be sent to our company address:

We do not accept packages sent payment in cast on delivery or the like. If you refuse to receive the item from the postal service, it will be sent back to us, and we will credit the full amount to your account.

We will send an email in case of return as soon as we have received the item. In this email, further process in the processing of the return will be informed.

Warranty

When you make a purchase on midtfyns-bryghus.dk, there is of course a 24 month right to make a complaint. By 24-month right of complaint is meant that you can have the item exchanged, the money returned or get a reduction in the price. This all depends on the specific situation. However, the right of complaint cannot exceed the product’s natural durability. We work with unpasteurized and unfiltered products, so the product’s natural shelf life is shorter than products that are pasteurized and filtered.

It is, of course, a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product or other damaging behavior.

Shipping costs for returning the product will be refunded to you in the event that the complaint is justified. Therefore, always remember to get a receipt for the shipment.

We do not receive packages with payment in cash on delivery or similar.

Personal data policy

In order to be able to complete an order on midtfyns-bryghus.dk, it is at least a requirement that you have to provide your name, address, phone number and e-mail address.

All information that is registered is processed in accordance with the rules in the Personal Data Legislation. Your information will not be sold or passed on to third parties unless it is a prerequisite for the completion of your order, as a shipping company. You can always access your personal data and object to registration in relation to the Personal Data Act.

All information that you transfer to Midtfyns Bryghus is received unencrypted, while the electronic commerce itself is encrypted. As required by the Accounting Act, the registered information will be stored for 5 years in addition to the accounting year, after which it will be deleted.

When personal information is collected via our website, we ensure that it is always done by giving your express consent, so that you are informed of exactly what information is collected and why.

The owner and webmaster have access to the information that is registered about you.

We do not store customer information encrypted. We do not transmit customer information encrypted.

We also observe the traffic on the website, of course without registering any personal information. This information is used to optimize the website so that you get the best experience and shortest path to what you are looking for.
