Brown Ale Upcycled was created in collaboration with Nyborg Strand. The beer is brewed using excess rye bread and used coffee grounds from the hotel. It has a nice malt sweetness and a light bitterness. Brown Ale Upcycled is a well-balanced beer with notes of dark caramel and rye, followed by a subtle coffee finish.
It pairs perfectly with paté, salami or roast beef on open-faced sandwiches, as well as with a cheese board.
