Midtfyns Double IPA is an American inspired beer, dark amber-colored beer with an attractive, light head. To create its powerful and complex hop profile, we have dry hopped this Double IPA after fermentation, using a combination of Cascade, Chinook and Centennial hops. The result is an extremely full-bodied beer with both a smooth and powerful taste, as well as a distinctive aftertaste that challenges the taste buds – a beer to be experienced!
This beer is enjoyed best on its own, but is also excellent with spicy or grilled dishes.
