Pilsner

A real craft Pilsner where traditions and good craftsmanship is in focus.

In a Pilsner, the taste of the ingredients are on full display – that is why we have chosen to use organic malt from Gyrup, where the grain comes from their own fields and is processed on site.

Modern german hops give the beer a suitable bitterness and a crisp and spicy citrus aroma. Having the beer stored with oak chips takes you back to the old days where all beers where aged in oak barrels.
