Midtfyns Stout is a full-bodied, dark, almost black, stout with a rich cream-colored head. The lingering, refined taste of coffee, licorice and dried fruit is produced by using pale malt, rye malt, caramel and chocolate malt with some roasted barley.
Excellent to serve with game, strong cheese or desserts, e.g. dark chocolate or roasted figs.
